It hasn’t been long since the second season of Demon Slayer was released. The Entertainment District Arc, which is the series’ eighth story arc, was covered in the second season of the anime. The Swordsmith Village Arc is the next arc, and an anime adaptation has already been announced. We even have a trailer for it, which was released in April of this year during the celebration of the festival’s third anniversary.
During the third year Anniversary event the only thing we received was the trailer and nothing else. But it seems like the celebration for the third year Anniversary of Demon Slayer has not ended yet. There will be another special event for Demon Slayer’s Third Year Anniversary which will take place in Anime expo 2022 presented by Anaplex of America.
This year’s Anime Expo will include an incredible lineup of special events and guests. It will be a four-day event that will take place from July 1st to July 4th. The event will feature series like Kagayasama, Love is war, Sword art online, Demon Slayer and many more.
On the second day of the event, demon slayers will have their own panel. So, it’s July 2nd, and Demon Slayer Anime will be celebrating their third year anniversary for the second time. Nitsuki Hani, Tanjiro’s voice actor, and Yuma Takahashi, the producer, will also be present as special guests.
In April when they first celebrated the Anniversary, there they mainly focused on the first two season of the anime, the Infinity Train Arc and the Red Light District Arc. So I’m hoping that this time they’ll show the Swordsmith Village Arc, which is the anime’s third season. Because they haven’t set a release date for season three yet, we might get a sneak glimpse there. I’m guessing this is where they’ll reveal some additional details about the release schedule. There has been no official confirmation of the release date as of the time I am writing this piece. As a result, we have no idea whether Season 3 will be released in 2022 or 2023. Let’s just look forward to the anime expo. I’m sure that we’ll learn something new about the anime’s forthcoming season there. We’ll let you know as soon as we have any new information on Season 3.
