As we know, Demon Slayer Season 3 “Swordsmith Village Arc” TV Anime has been announced. Also on 13 February, we got episode 11 of The Demon Slayer Entertainment District Arc. Sadly it was the final episode of the Entertainment District Arc which means Demon Slayer’s second season has ended.
From next week there will be no new episodes of Demon Slayer the final episode was longer than usual and everyone was hoping that we would get to see the Upper Moon meet in the last episode sadly that didn’t happen but at least we got to meet a new Upper Moon Demon called Doma. In case you didn’t know it is Memorabiliano who will be playing the voice actor for Doma in the next season he previously worked as a voice actor for Light Yagami from Death Note and Benameru from the Fire Force.
Even though we didn’t get to see the Upper Moon meeting in the Final Episode, they did tease it for the next season. The Good news is the next season of Demon Slayer, the Swordsmith Village Arc has already been officially announced. It is studio Youthful that will be returning to do the production for the Swordsmith Village Arc. The announcement was made just after the premiere of the final episode. They have released a new teaser trailer and a new teaser visual for the upcoming season. The Teaser features the Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji and the Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito.
Release Date of Swordsmith Village Arc
Now about the release date, it is still not confirmed when we will be getting the next season. During the announcement, they did not mention anything about the release date. some people are saying that the release date for the Swordsmith Village Arc has been confirmed for 2023 but that’s not true. On the official websites of the companies that are related to the production but there is no information available about the release date, not even the release year. According to some sources, Demon Slayer next season is going to have a one-and-a-half-year break from the broadcast, if that is true then we might have to wait til mid or late 2023 for the next season. But again it can also release in early 2023 who knows, for now, we didn’t have any official information on the release date, but according to some reports, there will be some new information available related to Demon Slayer Anime in the next week Shonen Jump. The next issue is coming out on the 20th of February, so there’s a high possibility that we will probably get some new information there on the Demon Slayer Swordsmith Village Arc. So let’s wait till then and see if they reveal anything about the release date or not.
