So Demon Slayer season 3 is in work and fans are eagerly awaiting for the Swordsmith Village Arc to come out. But we recently noticed that many fans are wondering where will Zenitsu and Inosuke be during Demon Slayer Season 3. And also wondering if they will even appear in the next season or not.
In today’s article, we are going to explain the whole situation, so without any more delay let’s jump into today’s topic. The next season of Demon Slayer will adapt to the Swordsmith Village Arc which covers chapters 98 to chapter 127 of the manga.
In this Arc, Tanjiro requires to repair his sword which was badly damaged in the last fight in the Red District Arc. In the manga after fixing and replacing Tanjiro’s sword several times, Swordsmith Hotaru refuses to make any repairs this time. So this is when Tanjiro decides to go to the hidden Swordsmith Village with his sister Nezuko. In there, he encounters both new friends and enemies and must find the secrets of the Kamado family that have been passed from generation to. Since season one of the series the trio, Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke were all huddled together.
In season two, Zenitsu and Inosuke put on a standout performance contributing significantly to the fight against Gyutaro and Daki both characters had their fair share of moments in the past two seasons. However, fans have noticed no presence of Zenitsu and Inosuke in the official poster and trailer of season three. And many are wondering about what has happened to them. Well, this may contain a minor spoiler as in the manga both Zenitsu and Inosuke are assigned separate missions which result in the original group being absent for this Arc, and Tanjiro and his sister have to travel alone considering the anime following the source material. They will hardly get any screen time in the new season at all. But their reason for departure is expected to be explained in the early episodes.
Although, fans might be a little sad to not see their favorite characters. We are pretty sure that they will love the new Hashira along with a new member of the Demon Slayer core. Not to mention the hyped meeting of Muzan with the upper moons in the Infinity castle will be shown in this season too.
