So it’s been a while since we last talked about Haikyuu. People are going crazy over why is there no news on Haikyuu season 5. We know so far about haikyuu season 5 mainly about the projects that have been revealed for the 10th Anniversary celebrations and the upcoming events where we can expect some official information about the future of the anime. Also, we were supported to get some information on haikyuu on the 20th of February in the weekly Shonen Jump issue.
Starting with the 10th-anniversary projects many of you already know that haikyuu is working on 10 projects and the first four of them were already revealed during the jump Festa 2022 that we already covered in the last article.
The next four projects have now also been announced, project number 5 is going to be a new haikyuu one-shot manga: it will feature a special story about Hinata and his friends in the year 2022. It will be published in a future issue of the weekly Shonen Jump. The next projects: project number 6 and number 7 were just memorial books and new line stickers drawn by Haruchi Furidate. Project number 8 is haikyuu getting a digital full-color manga and jump remix volume. The digital full-color volumes will be released monthly starting April 4 and jump remix volumes starting March 11th.
So these are the eight projects that have been announced so far sadly none of them were related to the anime but there are still two major projects remaining. We don’t know exactly when they will be revealed but it is possible that one of them could be about the anime may be haikyuu season 5 who knows? Now talking about the upcoming events a special event has been announced earlier it will take place in August also it’s been confirmed that this special event will feature the V league players and the cast members of the TV anime. So I am hoping that this is where we will probably get some information on haikyuu season 5. Since they haven’t revealed the last 2 major projects yet it is possible that we could get an announcement for haikyuu season 5 here that would be one of the last two projects. So yeah that’s all the information we have got so far all we can do now is just wait for the last 2 projects to be announced. As soon as we get any new updates on haikyuu, we will let you know.
